This is my sister Tracy. (She will probably kill me for putting this up) But yes that is a kevlar vest she is wearing. Tracy is a good cop and the single kindest person I know. (If your wondering whats shes doing she is crying on the phone as she had just lost an officer in an ambush set by a suicidal man)....Like other good cops my sister deserves better than they are getting....
