MASSIVE BLAST HITS KURDS

At least 60 people have been killed and 150 injured in a suicide car bomb attack in the Iraqi Kurdish city of Arbil.
The bomber blew himself up at the local offices of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which also served as a recruitng centre for police.
