Saudis, Qatar Pledge $33M to Palestinians:
Israel has frozen this month's transfer of $45 million in tax rebates and customs payments to the Palestinian Authority, and a senior Palestinian official said Saudi Arabia and Qatar pledged Wednesday to transfer millions to ease the crisis.
