Paul Kamen | Conduct Unbecoming of the Commander-In-Chief


According to Paul Kamen, President George W. Bush, being subject to military jurisdiction as Commander-In-Chief of the United States Armed Forces, is ultimately liable for war crimes. He can be court-martialed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice provisions for enforcing patently illegal orders through the military chain of command in the commission of crimes that wantonly violated the LOAC and signed treaties of international law, specifically for relief of the Iraqi people.
