Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) came under fire from a pair of influential conservative interest groups yesterday for his handling of judicial nominations.

Concerned Women for America (CWA) and the Third Branch Conference assailed the probable 2008 GOP presidential candidate as the Senate confirmed the appointment of a senator's brother while Judge Terrence Boyle and others await action.
