Suicide Bomber Kills 17; 37 Bodies Found in Baghdad

A suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt blew himself up among a crowd of Iraqi police recruits Wednesday, killing at least 17 people, according to a hospital official in the city of Fallujah. In Baghdad, authorities found the bodies of 37 people shot to death in six different locations.
