Field commanders tell Pentagon Iraq war 'is lost':
Military commanders in the field in Iraq admit in private reports to the Pentagon the war "is lost" and that the U.S. military is unable to stem the mounting violence killing 1,000 Iraqi civilians a month.

It is no shock nor awe to me here living in the US. This 'war' was a waste of time, more like a personal vendetta from Bush himself against one man who he didn't respect nor like. The man behind all this fiasco is not even been found but Bush pressed on, till now with this going public, sends a wake-up call to the president !
