Lou Dobbs, shame the hell on you. You are now nothing but an enabler of the most appalling and yes dangerous spokesperson for a political movement currently destroying the United States and killing countless thousands of innocent people.

I didn’t always agree with him, but he seemed to be someone willing to hold people accountable for their failures and idiocies apart from overt partisanship. That all changed when he not only gave Ann Coulter a platform from which to again spew her vicious propaganda and outright lies against the half of this country which was -and which remains- unarguably right about the right; Dobbs not only failed to hold her accountable but actually fawned over her as though her comments were amusing.
Mr. Dobbs had a crystal clear chance to expose her lie, and he failed to take it. Coulter asserts that 9-11 widows who want the government held accountable through a real investigation, can legitimately be called names and accused of “enjoying their husband’s deaths”, because according to Coulter, there has been a doctrine of “Liberal infalliability” which is “Unfair”, precluding people from issuing any rebuttle to "victims because they’re victims". Coulter then goes on to insist that this is a strictly “liberal” undertaking. When Coulter lies (always) , she lies big. Very big.
From the beginning, George W. Bush and his moronic sycophants have abused 9-11 in EXACTLY that way, denying anyone anywhere the right to speak out against his dishonest murderous policies, and doing it in the names of the victims of 9-11. And from the beginning of Bush’s lying the United States into Iraq, it’s been the same garbage; “Oh you can’t say that in a time of war…you have to support the troops”, shamelessly wrapping himself in the blood of his own victims to continue the war for his political life. Nothing could be lower. NOTHING.
Ann Coulter isn’t “funny” as the almost equally vicious, dishonest right-wing propagandist and agitator David Horowitz claims. If she’s funny, Joseph Goebbles was the last comic standing. No, Ann Coulter is a murderous subversive and all-out enemy of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Every opportunity afforded to her to continue her lies and treasonous agitation on television or in books, is an act of repulsive complicity with someone who’s abuse of the right free speech fits the same niche as the niche occupied by the Aryan Nations. They want people dead too. The ACLU she wants destroyed would be among her only defenders were someone to do what ordinary moral outrage dictates and to just beat the living hell out of her.
Ann Coulter is on record as saying “Liberals are traitors who should be shot”. I’d like to go on record in response and say that any individual who’d say this, ought to be shot before their poisonous attempted incitement of the masses results in an act of mass murder by one of her hate-filled mentally defective followers.

Ann Coulter is right about one thing however; she’s not –as you incredibly claimed- “the opposite of Michael Moore”. Michael Moore’s accusations post 9-11 as set forth in Fahrenheit 911 have universally been factually confirmed, every damned one of them, and if you disagree, then I challenge you to quote one verbatim, and to disprove it. For you to even compare the two of them is beyond pathetic; it shows you to be completely out of touch with reality and incapable of moral reasoning. Michael Moore also hasn’t called for the execution of his political enemies last time I checked. Ann Coulter is unwelcome on college campuses for the same reason David Duke and the Clan are un-welcome; She’s a fascist, a racist who wants millions of Muslims murdered, and she is a professional liar who’s presence is utterly incompatible with the standards set forth for higher education, that being first and foremost the learning of facts.
Finally, there’s a reason all your friends wanted you to excoriate Ann Coulter when she came on your show Mr. Dobbs; that’s what people who’ve heard what she’s said over the last 5 years want when they value the truth and actually have a conscience during a time of national crisis. It’s obvious you were “charmed” by this filthy lying piece of ultra right-wing vermin and it made me sick. I don’t like losing faith in people, but sometimes it’s for the better and you have demonstrated beyond all doubt that mine was momentarily very misplaced.
Shame on you as a journalist and shame on you as a human being for your complete factual negligence and outrageous claims. Shame on you for aiding and abetting a destructive, dangerous Anti-American, red-baiting, bottom feeding ideologue like Coulter. Taking a page from her play book, maybe you "ought to be shot" too.
