International Papers Slam US Govt Response To Guantanamo Suicides....

U.S. contentions that the suicides of three Guantanamo Bay prisoners were a publicity stunt or an act of aggression provoked international criticism Monday, with editorials and rights groups lashing out at the United States for detaining hundreds at the prison camp.
Colleen Graffy, deputy assistant U.S. secretary of state for public diplomacy, told the British Broadcasting Corp. the deaths "certainly (are) a good PR move to draw attention."
