Bush/Cheney/Gonzales in a Fix about GITMO after Supreme's rule

The Supreme Court's ruling in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld totals 185 pages and can be summarized in two words: Start over. An estimated 75% of its inmates there are no longer even being interrogated. After the Supreme Court's rebuke, what can these Neocon war mongers do to fix this impossible mess they've created outside the boundaries of law.
