Endless War On Terror (Phase Two)

With virtually no pubic debate, the Bush administration has redefined what victory means in the "war on terror." Immediately after the 9/11 attacks, George W. Bush said the goal was to crush al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups with "global reach."
