Iraq Wants UN Oversight Of Rape Murder Case

Iraq’s justice minister today demanded the UN Security Council ensure that the American soldiers accused of raping and then killing a young Iraqi woman and her family be properly punished. Yesterday, the U.S. Army charged a former soldier in the crime, with four other men apparently implicated.
