Israel agrees to suspend airstrikes on southern Lebanon for 48 hours to investigate an attack that killed more than 60 people in Qana, Lebanon. Meanwhile, the U.N. Security Council condemns the strike, but falls short of supporting General-Secretary Kofi Annan's call for an immediate cease-fire.
