The New Orleans Experiment

It could have been any city in the South, but in the case of New Orleans George W. Bush once again hit the 'trifecta'.

The department of Homeland Security needed a test. A test to see how a large population would react in such a situation as might be caused by a bio-terror or nuclear attack on a large urban population.

What would happen if a population were infected with a bio-weapon and had no food, no water and no communications. Isolated from the outside world. How would they cope? How long would it take for the population to break down into anarchy? How many would die? How could you regain control? How could you use the U.S. military inside the borders of the United States

No bio-weapon or nuclear bomb was needed for this research however, hurricane Katrina had already provided the conditions and cover for carrying out this horrendous experimentation on American citizens.

So many questions, no doubt, for the sick minds of those at the highest level of the Bush administration. With FEMA firmly under the control of the new Department of Homeland Security there would be no problem holding back the much needed assistance to carry out the plan.

Homeland Security locked the poor, mostly black, citizens of New Orleans into the dead city for days without food water or communications. Refusing assistance to the trapped, purposely cutting emergency communications lines. The unfortunate who did not escape the storm were locked in and cut-off in a well coordinated effort of surgical precision. Those who tried to escape the doomed city were turned back at every potential exit by armed military and police personnel. They would not be allowed to escape until the Homeland Security urban experiment was complete.

It was an EXPERIMENT, not unlike other experiments the US government has perpetrated against it's citizens throughout our nation's history. >>>>cont
