Parents Circle Cease-Fire Now!

The Israeli-Palestinian Families Forum calls to stop the dangerous escalation by ceasing fire immediately.

Following the severe events in which Israelis and Palestinians get killed, injured and hurt every day, the Palestinian-Israeli Families Forum issue a cry to both sides to cease fire immediately.

Boaz Kitain , the Israeli general manager of the Forum and a bereaved father: "We are paying the most painful price of this lasting conflict. Every time we hear about another death on the Palestinian side or the Israeli side, it breaks our hearts. We are calling in this joint statement to both sides to cease fire immediately and unconditionally. Ceasing fire is essential to stop the killing, and rapprochement and agreements are the solution in the long run."

Khaled Abu Awad, The Palestinian general manager of the Forum and a bereaved brother: "The lasting use of force as a way to end the conflict causes killing of innocent on both sides and increases the animosity. We, the hurting victims of this conflict, who are crying over our dead, call: "No more! Cease fire now! Negotiations must start without delay!"
