Bombs prevent return of 200,000 Lebanese

The return home of some 200,000 people displaced by the Israel-Hezbollah war is being held up by hundreds of thousands of unexploded bomblets, the UN refugee agency warned yesterday. "Displacement is going to continue for many months to come," Arjun Jain of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) told a news conference in Beirut.
