The week the whole world was stung

Posted by Mark Strange of Brisbane on Tue 05 Sep 06 at 02:49pm:I’m not sure if this has been posted before, it probably already has, however, people in Queensland and indeed possibly all over Australia have been driving with their car headlights switched on today to show solidarity in the grief felt for Steve’s passing. Just this simple act helps to show how many people loved the man and that we are behind the his family and friends at this time. So please, switch your headlights on today and let others know that we are all feeling this huge loss. When I saw others with their lights on as I was driving to work this morning I managed a smile about the situation as I realised this great man’s spirit will live on forever in so many of us. Rest In Peace Steve, God Bless.
