Florida's 13th congressional district was home to the one of the closest races in the midterms, and a recount is now on-going. However, a major voting error and omnipresent Republican robo-calls, a particularly insidious kind called "false flag" robo-calls, unfairly threw the initial count to the Republican; and many argue the Democrat should already be in office.
