US Veto Against the UN Resolution Palestinian Factions Sack United States

Palestinian political factions slammed in a joint statement the veto of United States representative in the United Nation Security Council against a decision that condemns Israeli for its crimes against the Palestinians in Gaza. The factions said in a united statement that "the US after this veto became a target for the Palestinians like Israel is their target," asserting that the Palestinians will deal with the US as they deal with Israel." "The UN council is a false council aiming at protecting Israel and restoring its security, without caring about the Palestinian people," the statement added. U.S. veto against the United Nations decision encourages the Israelis to continue with its aggressions in side the Palestinian territories.

Break Embargo Against Palestine: First Time in History, Arab League VETO U.S.? Not Really!

Earlier today, Arab League said that U.S. veto dooms Mideast peace process. Arab League Secretary General Amr Mussa slammed the "incomprehensible" U.S. veto of a United Nations resolution condemning Israel’s devastating raid in the Gaza Strip. "This sends a message that causes us great sorrow and anger. The message was well received, and it tells us that the peace process is completely dead… This veto is incomprehensible and will only fan the flames of anger gripping the Middle East." Mussa said. The draft resolution would have condemned Wednesday’s artillery strike on the northern Gaza Strip town that killed 19 Palestinians, mostly women and children. It would also have condemned Palestinian rocket firing into the Jewish state. So far… nothing new… Arab League weeping with no actions.
