"A dispatch by an Islam Memo (Mufakirat Al-Islam) reporter reports that an Iraqi woman has stabbed a US marine in the chest during a forced home search of her home at Al-Hayyat district in the city of Haditha. She was alone in the house with her two boys, a three years old Ahmad, and a two years old Mustafa. The 22 years old married woman, Souad Mohammad Al-Hadithi, inflicted a deep knife wound in the marine's chest. As she tried to stab him a second time, the other marines opened fire and killed her in front of her two children.
