Bush Family's Prosecutor Games

George W. Bush is clearing out federal prosecutors who haven't shown enough political loyalty. One of the fired prosecutors claims he was targeted after resisting Republican pressure to indict Democrats before last November's election. Bush's actions may reflect a lesson learned by his father whose reelection campaign in 1992 foundered after law-enforcement officials refused to fast-track criminal referrals that might have sunk Democrat Bill Clinton.
