Iran To Build 2 New Nuclear Power Plants :

Despite international pressures to control Iran's controversial nuclear program, the country is planning to build two more nuclear power plants, sources reported on Sunday, citing Ahmad Fayyazbakhsh, the deputy head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization.


Arab states seek nuclear power:

Turkey is preparing for its first atomic plant. And Egypt has announced plans to build one on its Mediterranean coast. In all, roughly a dozen states in the region have recently turned to the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna for help in starting their own nuclear programs.
