Retired General: Time to Stabilize Iraq Running Out

The United States should plan on having three years left to conduct major operations in Iraq, said retired General Barry McCaffrey, former commander of US Southern Command, who has written a report on the conditions in Iraq. One of the report's conclusions: The United States has little time left to get things right in Iraq.
