CONTEMPT CITATIONS VOTED OUT FOR HARRIET & JOSH!
The Judiciary Committee VOTED OUT contempt citations against Harriet Miers and Josh Bolten today. It will now go to the full HOUSE where a vote is not expected until after Congress’ August recess. Congress does, in fact, have the power to COMPEL testimony if necessary. Here is an explanation as to why contempt charges are in order.
