U.S. doesn't have 'permanent enemies,' Rice says
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Friday that 2007 was a "busy and challenging year, but also a positive one" for U.S. foreign policy.
In a year-end news conference at the State Department, Rice said challenges remained in Iraq but noted they were ones of how to build on gains made in the past year.

One more proof that President Bush and Condi graduated from the same asylum. I visit 19 countries every year; every one rejects the US foreign policy as "non existent, arrogant and stupid". there is even pity for the American public and hope that a new government will put an end to the present farce.
Condi should stay home and play the piano; the only positive about her!
Amen.
