Breaking the Final Rule

On The Huffington Post, Gary Hart writes: "It will come as a surprise to many people that there are rules in politics. Most of those rules are unwritten and are based on common understandings, acceptable practices, and the best interest of the political party a candidate seeks to lead. One of those rules is this: Do not provide ammunition to the opposition party that can be used to destroy your party's nominee. This is a hyper-truth where the presidential contest is concerned."
Josh Drobnyk reports for The Baltimore Sun: "Sen. Barack Obama said today that any notion that his race has helped him in his campaign for president is 'patently absurd.' The Democratic candidate's comments follow remarks that Geraldine Ferraro, the Democratic candidate for vice president in 1984, made in a recent interview published by a California newspaper."
Hillary: McCain Has Crossed "Commander In Chief Threshold" ... I don't understand how any democrat can say McCain is ready to be commander in chief. ...
