Richard Hayes Phillips has been the leading investigator of thefraudulent 2004 presidential election in Ohio. The book includes eight color plates, and a CD with 1200 digital images of actualballots, poll books, voter signature books, ballot accounting charts,and other forensic evidence from the 2004 presidential election in Ohio.
