Turley: If Bush Admin. Confident Waterboarding NOT Torture Allow Special Prosecutor!

Constitutional law Professor Jonathan Turley discusses new information that some Americans who tortured may not have stayed within the 'legal guidelines' and may now be subject to prosecution.
Turley also points out that those who are most loudly arguing that waterboarding isnot torture, are also arguing the loudest against the appointment of a special prosecutor.
