Janet Napolitano Added To Obama's Supreme Court Shortlist

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is now being added to President Obama's shortlist as David Souter's replacement on the Supreme Court, according to MSNBC.
Before her Obama appointment, Napolitano served as governor of Arizona, as well as Arizona attorney general. As a lawyer at the Phoenix-based firm Lewis and Roca LLP, Napolitano represented Anita Hill in her sexual harassment suit against then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas.
Napolitano's name was not originally mentioned as a Supreme Court pick, although her name has now been added to a list that includes Sonia Sotomayor of the 2nd Circuit, Diane Wood of the 7th Circuit, Solicitor GeneralElena Kagan, Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm and Merrick Garland of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, according to MSNBC. LinkHere
