The wording here is actually stating that the defendant has lost $1 million in ACTUAL money due to the alleged actions and is seeking $49 million in other damages in the lawsuit. This ISN'T stating that George W. Bush paid her anything. However, very interesting find, I wonder how she died...
Dan you absolutely could be correct.
oh and she died with a bullet in her brain nine months after accusing bush of rape in the lawsuit.
There were 4 lawsuits in all, one against bush, one against the fbi , one against the Sugarland police Dept.and one I think was against the state police BUT it could have been the sherriffs Dept. Ill have to recheck that one too..
All i know on her 'suicide' is she was killed by a Glock pistol and left no note.
