Because that child would still be alive if Saddam's government were still in power. He certainly didn't make it a passtime to kill Iraqis, often leaving children such as that one parentless.

ANON, Saddam was the Leader of that country, Bad Leader yes, But we invaded and occupied this country to save the Iraqi Babies from this so called kind of treatment so your President told the world, all lies of course No WMD no democracy and plenty of death and hunger and babies with now families left to raise them, left to a world that does not give a fig for what is to become of them.
