Death toll from Hurricane Katrina now 67. New Orleans mayor says 80 percent of city flooded.

As the death toll from Hurricane Katrina reaches at least 68, 55 of them in Mississippi, a levee sustains a breach two blocks long in the Lakefront area of New Orleans.

"The city is in a state of devastation.

We probably have 80 percent of our city underwater," said New Orleans' mayor Ray Nagin.
