Bush administration encouraged to keep its word

Two years ago the U.S. government pledged to build 142 new health clinics in the war-torn country to help the population deal with malnutrition, lack of health care, sanitation, and clean water. It now appears only 20 of the 142 clinics will ever get built. (Click for fullstory).
