Your in the minority now, button it up Boehner, you had your chance and you flunked it, Its not your time now
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Incoming House Minority Leader John Boehner supported President Bush's call for increased restraint in fiscal spending Wednesday, while warning Democrats not to retreat from full disclosure of earmarks in all bills.
"We need to restrain spending, balance the budget, and bring greater accountability to the way Washington spends taxpayers' money," Boehner said in a statement. "If Democrats share our commitment to these objectives, Republicans stand ready to work with them."
In an opinion column in Wednesday's Wall Street Journal, Bush called for greater fiscal responsibility and bipartisanship as the 110th Congress is set to begin.
