Two car bombs exploded outside the main gate of Mustansiriya University in northeastern Baghdad Tuesday, killing 65 people and wounding 138 others, an Interior Ministry official said. The area is on the tip of Sadr City, a Shiite neighborhood considered a Mehdi militia stronghold.
