The argument is on.
It has been brought to my attention and there is now an open question of my interpretation of the legal documents relating to Margie Schoedinger.
I maintain that because of the wording in all of the lawsuits 1 million was ALREADY PAID to Schoedinger.
However. Someone else pointed out to me the below quote from her suit against GW Bush,page 5, section VIII, Could in fact allude to the 50th million, of a 50 million dollar demand.
After re-reading I understand thier point, but, my own statement still may be fact. I SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS CORRECT.
If you have read through any of the 4 lawsuits, and have a thought on it, please do let us know YOUR intrepretation of the 1 million dollars in ACTUAL DAMAGES. If any lawyers out there would like to take a stab at it..DO FEEL FREE TO COMMENT.
And AGAIN, on the comments section....

Simply everything about this case is OPEN to questioning. NO ONE on this site pretends to know the truth of any of these accusations either way. The only way we CAN find the truth is to question ALL of the FACTS.
The fact of Margie Schoedinger alone is our intrest. Since she is dead now, we may NEVER know the TRUTH.
Update 2--- I am going over the other 3 lawsuits as I believe it was the language in those that led me to believe 1 million was already paid out

yup works
The only thing I see is that she mentions in the lawsuit against the Sugarland Police that she was suing for 50 million dollars and in the Bush suit it says 1 million in actual damages and 49 million in punitive damages. I don't think there is any defined payout of any amount.
In one of those lawsuits..I am looking through them again..but I swear the first thing I read about the 1 million against bush for damages was refferred to as she had already 'secured' the settlement.
am still going through them I am not a lawyer definately.
